Protecting our Heritage Waterways & Wilderness

OUR MISSION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
We help develop a love and respect for our natural resources.

As avid paddlers and nature enthusiasts, Paddle Canada members recognize that our navigable waterways are magnificent treasures and that like all treasures, they need to be protected. As part of our environmental and heritage mandates, Paddle Canada believes that public input and advocacy is integral to the protection and future of our beautiful and historic waterways.

As part of this advocacy process, Paddle Canada has launched its Threatened Waterways Designation initiative. Our Threatened Waterways Designation draws attention to those Canadian waterways that are in most immediate need of our support and provides groups with the ability to use the Paddle Canada brand in their efforts to draw attention to a threatened waterway.
